No its not good, if too much people do this Apple will know it and they will either patch this hole or sent legal letters to the people who made Iphone Explorer..
(I mean the fact that you can do this without jailbreaking your device).

I wrote about iPhone Explorer months ago on forum. It can backup files but it's possible to change app-built-in sounds too. I succesfully loaded own sounds to Seline and Xenon!
