Konkreet Performer adds AirPlay

Konkreet Performer Version 2.2 "Desmond"

• Now supports Airplay Mirroring on iPad2 or later
• Small bug fixes

I've no idea why this release is called "Desmond", but I do think it's a nice name for a version.
