When I read this comment on a post about MultiTrack DAW I have to admit that I just hadn't thought about multitrack apps supporting Line6's MIDI mobilizer. However, the more I think about it, the more I think it could be a great idea.
What do you think?

lol. Thats my post.
I believe they should support it since the Technology is already in place.
It would mos def come in handy if you wanted to add some Hardware Synth flavor to a Track and you can use midi to sequence it in Multirack before you record the sound, but with all the connections/cables you might as well do that in your desktop DAW.
Multitrack/Rectools don't run VST's,
And 9 times out of 10 your recording Music already sequenced.
I tracked out a song from my MPC with ease into Multitrack and lined up the tracks perfectly. Apps like that need to focus on making the editing features superior.
Apps like NanoStudio,(Electrify -midi coming), OSC and all the Keyboard/Sound Creation apps would benefit more for their Sound Module and Midi CC Control Capabilities.
They should ALL support Line 6 midi and iConnect midi.
Anything with a Keyboard/DrumPads = Midi
I want to midi my iPad to my MPC's so bad and use it (iPad) as a Sound Module/Wired Hardware Controller.
And yes, I would Pay More. I know its hard work DEVS!
We want Midi. Hardware will NEVER die. Make the new work with the old!
Been waiting for midi since I got my iPod touch, now I have the iPad i really want it...I have loads of music apps, and a great Roland sp808ex sampler so to be able to hook them up would be awesome, I could really use beatmaker, hexatone and ielectribe to their potential then.....
