MIDI Wrench 1.2.6 brings fixes and stuff

Here's what's new in MIDI Wrench 1.2.6:

• Configure your own MIDI controllers for all on-screen controls !
• Shows now also virtual CoreMIDI ports (i.e. Apps).
• MIDI sense messages may now be filtered (optional as setting).
• Added button for clearing MIDI event screen (only on iPad).
• Fix: Time Code events were displayed as "Invalid".
• Fix: Font for MIDI event messages was too big on iPhone/iPod touch.
• Various other cosmetical fixes.
