HotPaw Basic now with mic audio input into an array

A very audiocentric update to this little 'basic' app which lets you run your code on the device. It gets:

• Added functions for reading accelerometer and location.
• Added a function to read mic audio input into an array.
• Added a new edit mode.
• Added a graphics circle command.
• Fixed a matrix scaling bug.
