I can see this being quite handy actually, especially for taking clips from the final rendered file. Whilst it is free there's some suggestion that you only get a 20 second render for free and maybe you have to buy an IAP for more? Not sure.
Soniq Movie is a video file generator.
It renders a music in iPod Library to a video. A rendered video will be stored in Camera Roll.
