Sunvox dynamic library updated

The Sunvox dynamic library (.dll) has been updated:
  • added Android version (but now only tested with Pixilang applications);
  • new functions: sv_lock_slot(), sv_unlock_slot(), sv_pattern_mute();
  • some bugs fixed.
