MidiBridge update

MidiBridge makes good progress with the other Audeonic apps and now has:
  • New App Selector module to bind incoming MIDI messages (user specifiable) to invoke fast-switching via MIDI to/from OMAC apps
  • Support for OMAC fast-switching via MIDI messages
