Organ+ update

Showing that they don't forget about their existing apps, Yonac update Organ+. Here's what's new:

• Introducing Virtual MIDI! Users can now connect to Organ+ via virtual MIDI IN port
• Compatible for use with SHREDDER - Synth for Guitar on the iPad
• Can now run in the background when "Run in BG" toggle is selected
• Added MIDI Panic button to iPhone version as well
