Mainly fixes, but one new feature:

• Feature: added Triplet button for pattern view grid
• Fixed: Line6 MK I. Re-enabled keyboard
• Fixed: Line6 MK I. stop issue
• Fixed: Velocity slider reset to 0 issue
• Fixed: crashes when starting other apps
• Changed: CoreMIDI - modified start / stop
