I see another major Apple injunction case ensuing!
Apple would never allow that. Nintendo doesn't allow that either, but that doesn't stop emulators from being made.
Three words: "Sued to oblivion". Watch. It'll happen. This will never see the light of day and if it does by some fluke of fate, the people who built it will be forced to kill it off.
