Trigger Box update adds new features that start to make this a really interesting app

I'd played with this before briefly, but I think I'm going to have to do some more with this and see how these new features work.

Anyway, here's what's new ...

• Added the option to have two individual sequencers running on each stereo channel
• Added an in app store for additional sequencers
• Added a new step sequencer to the in app store
• Small user interface and timing improvements

The app itself is free, but as you can see above there's now an in app store too
