SoundZen has updated with a new built in store for sounds. I haven't had a chance to take a look at it as yet, but if you have then please let me know what you think.

I don't know maybe it's just me that this in-app-purchase-of-things-that-should-be-already-in-the-app stuff pisses me off but as soon as I read something like "InApp purchase of sounds" I uninstalled it. Immediately.
+1 on that. Sound is all we have. Make other features to upsell. Copy/paste,recording.....labor intensive coding. I will pay for your time. Uploading a new wave file to your own app because we can't do it personally.......I've uploaded wave files........I think I can anyway.
Thanks for the feedback dcp, I'm sorry to hear you feel that way - the decision was made to make the app free and offer both free and paid sounds at a cost. In order to keep the size of the app small we have to keep all the sound packs on amazon S3 and each time sounds are downloaded we incur a charge that we have to make back somewhere. Hopefully the free packs coming in the future will make it up to you :)
