iShred LIVE update

Some little tweaks for iShred LIVE. Good to see an update to it. Here's what's new:

• Can leave Recorder screen while recording
• Recorder moved to main toolbar
• Recorder icon in toolbar indicates recording status
• Fixed bug that caused crashing when sharing a preset on an iPhone
• Many items now translated into 8 languages
