HP announced the Palm Pre 2 and webOS 2.0 yesterday and lots of sites have picked up on it. I think the Pre 2 looks great and webOS 2.0 with true multitasking sounds good too, but sadly there has been little or no music software for the platform to date, and according to the stats I've seen there are very few apps for the webOS platform as a whole.
So will webOS ever be a platform for mobile music?

HP and music?
Thats like saying Apple and greedy overweight corporate pigdogs.
Some things just don't equate.
HP tried to do a partnership with Apple once, licensing and remarketing the early iPod (still with Apple logo and name), and totally blew it 'cause they didn't understand the youth culture.
