I'm a fiend for portable gear. Arrrgghh! Price is kinda steep for me. I'll wait it out for a used one in Nov. And just enjoy my MIDITron till then. Can't wait to see the mods for this thing.
What's the $ worth in foggy London town these days? Trying to approximate the conversion in my head, hurts.
Hey PalmSounds, could you ask dealers for U.S. prices in the future as well? Thanks
I want to make some noise w/ this and the waveDrumMini but the 1/8" jacks and no midi among a few other things are telling me to wait like Beat said, but longer. I still need to dig into the korg apps now that they have audioCopy anyway.

In Canada the price will be 199$, which I think is really not that bad, by comparison a Thingamagoop is 170$.

169£ means it will be around ~299€-369€ in Germany. No way. Ever.
that's actually a bit less than I was expecting, though I still probably won't get one. The functionality looks a bit too restrictive for me.
Hate to be a smart-ass, but £169 are more like € 195, not 299. My guess: The Korg Monotribe will sell for €199 on the continent.
With the exchange rate of totay (05-05-2011) £169 = €187,85. I've seen an announced sales price at a webshop in the Netherlands for €190.
