I wonder if Franz Keller drinks, if he does, he deserves a beer for predicting this one!

Cool. Hopefully the output isn't as noisy as it's little bro. Looks like my midi-if kit will come in handy with this too.

This'll be what the teaser splash when booting up the iMS & iElectribe is all about

Really? I never would have guessed! ;)

I never really liked the sound of the monotron oscillators and filters. To tinny/sharp/harsh.

Also, 8 steps in the sequencer? I'm sure someone can pull off making some music with this thing, but that's a little too limited, even for my minimalist tendencies.

Would've liked to seen this more as an emx-type thing, but who knows? Maybe it will turn out to be a lot more flexible than it looks.

it's fake; link is dead

really...anyone fall for the tiny keyboard and 8 step sequencer? really?

even Korg aren't that stupid considering the mistakes they made with the EMX/ESX sequencers (uh...like 8 years ago)

Fake or real, it would need a wider ribbon controller. 1 foot or more would be great.

Maybe they have a million surplus ribbons they need to shift? ;) hehe

It's a bit ugly though. I far prefer the styling of my Monotron. It's so "2001"! :D

don't assume because it was pulled from the site that it was a hoax. remember the ipk25? that was pulled from akai's site because they renamed it. it came back as the ss25 and looked slightly different than it did before.

i think it's real. why would they trademark a name for a fake product? and why would they make a teaser vid that tells people to tune in to their website on april 6th to learn more? it doesn't make sense to pull an april fool's prank 6 days later. maybe the images where pulled down because someone fucked up over there and posted them prematurely OR (like in the case with akai) maybe that was an older prototype and the final version is different.
