Top ten is not enough for my workflow. Currently using more than the following and processing in Studio HD, Music Studio, Meteor, iSequence, Nanostudio or BM2 depending how the mood takes me :)

Meta DJ, Loopmash HD for mash up
O-generator apps & Songineer for basic ideas
Alchemy & SampleTank for sounds
Geosynth for pure playing pleasure
Genome for virtual MIDI
Animoog, Sunrizer & iMS-20 for synth work

and plenty more well worth a mention!!

Geo synthesiser
Sunrizer VA at it's finest
Animoog awe inspiring original creative sounds
Nano studio Daw
Ikaossilator pattern jamming heaven
Ims20 pattern jamming heaven 2
Everyday looper - audio paste and robust background playback
Soundprism - great preset audition tool
GarageBand - easy song idea factory
Modrum beats AND network connection between iOS devices without a mac

Currently stretching sunrizer apart with geo synthesiser on an iPad accompanied by loops pasted into everyday looper. Regularly use modrum to connect an iPod to the iPad and use geo, slide etc to drive nano. Ikaossilate the hell out of every scale developing an ear and creating way too much material to ever all get recorded off via the iPod line out...

This has become a very creative platform. One that lets you play...
