I thought JamUp Pro seemed pretty lame when it came out but when it dropped in price to $9.99 i decided to give it a shot and I can honestly say I'm not the least bit disappointed. The tone is there. The practice features are there and the interface is actually very clean. I recommend anyone interested in purchasing a amp/fx modeling app to give this one some serious consideration. As for the JamUp plug, I haven't tried it and I really wouldn't recommend any of the headphone jack plug adapters after using my guitarjack...IMO the dock connector is the way to go when you want to get quality audio into the iDevice.
