Read somewhere of rumors of an iPad 2.5 coming in early January, with an iPad 3 coming in the autumn of next year. Thoughts?

Apple could easily release an ipad 2S and get away with it.
I wouldn't buy a 2.5, so I hope they just bring out the 3. I didn't bother getting a 2 either - waiting for that quad core.
