The Amen Break is not copyright free afaik, although to date I don't think anyone has been sued.
The app is pretty god damn amazing for what it does, requesting record, acp, tempo and midi clock sync:)
It's better than a fart app! Kinda surprised there aren't dozens of these out there already.
Universal interface would be nice too...

All this fuss over sampling has had no effect over all these years anyway. And those who have made a big stink, well there music has gone nowhere. If I was sampled, I'd be chuffed to pieces! 8-)
