The ability to download a lot more loops! Even a loop generator would be a good idea- like what's available for Micro Tonic. The ยต-tonic patternarium for Korg's iKaoscilator anyone?
Can you actually save your creations? When i hooked up my ipad I could see nothing in the file sharing section of itunes to bounce my creation across, even though iKaossilator is there in the list...
Note the recording is not recording audio but your jestures in the kaoss pad.
Go to the paper icon on the top left select "New".
You will now see that your set has a new number (over 50).
Get Jamming -- got something clicking.
Go up to the paper icon and save this adds your changes to numbered set.
Go to the right hand side where you open presets you will now see your set un-named on the bottom of the list click "edit" on the right hand side you will see arrows touch the arrow on the right and you can name your preset here, style and notes.
When you go back to the main screen you will see your re-name.
Note you can make more than one version of a tune and switch blocks in the preset screen to make more complex songs so you might want a song set song 1 - 2 and so on to switch up.
This is menu interaction is based more on how the actual Kaoss pad operates than how you are used to using iOS.
Thanks for all the responses.I hope korg see the great suggestions and implement some of them!
I love the site Ashley and I'm not trying to take over!I just thought the forum was looking a bit "unloved" at the moment.let's not forget to use the forum ?
I would like real overdubbing for at least one of the layers. I would like the drums to not be loops, but be able to create your own pattern with one shots, like the KO1. I would like to be able to record a performance to wav to copy into other appz. I want the arp/gate back.
As a bonus it would be cool to have one audio track for importing your own loops.
Arp gate with the original patterns, real-time overall loop length change (for stutter fun) and finer BPM control so I can match BPM more reliably than the tap method.

I would like a lower screen lock for the scale and sound options below the buttons so the mute solo play gesture area was bigger.

So if it's not an option, I'd like that please.
An option to shut down the corners blinking light and another option to see a grid over the control surface.
instrument lock!

What about audio muthaf###ing copy and paste?
not going to get it cause it's too big an architecture change - audio loops (enabling > 4 simultaneous voices) + secret mode
pasteboard/acp would be nice, that's probably coming given that it's in other korg apps and they've hinted at it
overdubbing :(

Congas
I'd like an arpegiator.
And a cup-holder.

yep, soniccharge software would be great to have on iOS.
Bitspeek would be a nice start.

+1 on grid overlay
Oh yah... Sorry.... Last one. Some type of master effects.
Delay, stutter/note repeat, distortion, phaser, chorus, reverb etc etc

Bounce to audio per track and ACP
