Dingsaller updates with Chord node and more

A great update to Dingsaller. Here's what's new:

• Chord Node - Automatic chord and arpeggio generation.
• Note passing now handled on independent thread.
• Improved node sizing and layout.
• Fixed stuck notes with certain MIDI devices.
• Pattern node now remembers the previously entered octave for easier note entry.
