This is another one I don't get, apart from being a rather cynical and cheap publicity stunt. Possibly to get on stage with Apple at their next iPad launch, next spring? Ho-hum....
If Gorillaz' music is that good, why not just use a 'proper' studio? I mean Gorillaz aren't exactly broke right? Or perhaps they are? Nah. Cheap ticket to an Apple event I thinks! :(

I wonder how if the album will have a digital sound to it. I mean, there is no 24bit recording app, and mixing and applying effects in 16bit does not sound as good.
Also the line in on the ipad is really weak, I wonder what they have done to fix this.
To be honest, I don't really care. But the real heroes of the iPad are right here on Palm Sounds, not those Gorillaz. It should be us who go and jam before Jobsy! 8) ;)
PS- I actually prefer 16bit to 24, but that's a personal thing- I guess like many here preferring 4 or 8bit? :)
