I like finding strange apps. Here's one that fits in that category without a doubt.
A WebBrowser that shows a musical score, when you click a link to SMF(Standard MIDI File). Using iAd. Musical score can be printable via AirPrint.
This requires internet connection and works on iOS4.2.
