iPads at the Apple Store

My iPad freaked out the other day while loading some samples and ended up requiring a full restore. This required re-downloading all my apps - but I noticed that ac-7 was no longer in the app store! Now, they unveil this "new" app - so I have no way of restoring my paid app unless I buy this new one. Terrible - can publishers just yank their apps at any time like this and leave paid users appless in situations like mine?
Rod - your apps should be synced to your iTunes on your computer, so shouldn't get lost like that unless you've not plugged in (and therefore backed up) your iPad recently. Maybe you need to set iTunes to sync apps? Not sure if you'll lose existing data that way though, iTunes syncing has always been a bit of a mystery to me!
Really pleased with the low price of this as someone who never purchased the original, and it looks smart, but I'm having some issues with buttons in the UI not responding unless I press them a few times, anyone else? Going to try and work out in more detail what the issue is and contact the author.
Also, are we Mac users going to have to go into Audio MIDI Setup and "connect" our iPad to a midi session each time we want to use CoreMIDI? Bit annoying if so...
I bought this instinctively ... so this SHOULD speed up synch up process and no need to launch the wifi app?

Hi, my name is Nick. I had purchased the AC-7 Core for my studio. I run Logic Pro 8, and I installed everything correctly. My issue is that if a song I am working on had 20 tracks, I cannot view 1-8. Even if i press bank or the track arrows it does not go there. Let's say if the song has 4 tracks, it will still not show me the first tracks. AC-7 only shows me 9 and beyond. I need some help with this as I am working on many projects.

I also bought ac-7 core, and I operate protools through mine.my issue is that the jog wheel doesn't work, when I contacted (saitarasoftware) the creators of ac-7 core they told me to tap the scrub button which would change the mode of the jog wheel somehow and allow it to work.but everytime I tap the scrub button three times my protools crashes and I have to restart the computer.so when I go back to saitara with this problem they tell me that its because I'm running protools 8.0.1 and that I should update to 8.0.4 . So after I do that its still crashing and I contact them again and try to give them some options to adjust to sorta help my situation and all they could say was "
