It's probably because of the strength of the pound/euro over the dollar. No worries, we can just get them from the bay instead! =0)
Do take note that the DSi is region specific unlike its predecessors if planning to play DS-10 Plus on the DSi.
Aw crud. Whilst I can pick it up in the States on holiday and use it on my DS, it presumably is region locked and won't work on my nipper's UK DSi with all its extra features (which is mostly the point of wanting to get it!).
