If it ends up being close to what it's rumored to be, I'll be pretty happy. I think the bigger screen is going to make a world of difference for games, and creative applications (Brushes app with a larger screen will be great!), not to mention music apps. :)
I can't help but be dismayed if it's a tablet with the same kind of finger pressure input as the iPhone. Alot of people are going to be very frustrated as their screens build up with fingerprints and smudges. I think Apple must know this and have made provisions.

I will be happy if it is basically a jumbo ipod touch with the ability to run some apps in the background. What would really make it great, though, is if it came configured to use as a touchscreen that could also be used with any recent Mac.
