I've talked about TOPLAPapp before, and this video gives you an idea of what to expect. Also featured in the video is an app called Grid which I haven't seen before. Grid isn't too different in that in makes quite abstract noises, but unlike TOPLAPapp it isn't free.

Grid is supposed to be more playable. You can set 3 different noises and jump between those screens easily. I like it, but still think it is a little bit on the expensive side. :\
I know what you mean. I've not bought it because of price mainly. I'd happy spend £0.59 on it, but not £2.39.
