Lots of information here on getting going with the Arduino.
I had a quick poke in the app store for apps relating to Arduino, and came up with these. First off the eBook of "Getting Started with Arduino", which I've posted on before I think, and also an app called 'Electrical ref' which says it has Arduino diagrams and you can store your own.
