Another 'almost' handheld project


So here's my latest retro project. Don't get me wrong I love my mac, but when I want to talk to Windows Mobile or old (and I mean last century) palm PDAs it isn't great.

So, I've bought a cheap Toshiba Libretto 100CT. This is a great little laptop, and when I say little, it is about the size of a video cassette, remember those?

So far here's what I've installed (music-wise that is):
So, any other suggestions for what to load to a Win 2000 professional machine with 64mb of RAM.

Doesnt that have a fm soundchip? Fm trackers!

just what I was thinking..hasn't it got an opl3 or opl2 chip?...It might run adlibtracker for much fm loveliness.

Might run ReBirth-383 well enough (http://www.rebirthmuseum.com/) - ISTR remember running ReBirth on a 90 MHz Pentium back in the day.
