I guess the two things I'd like to know are if developers are going to buy into Antix as a delivery platform, and if Antix will be able to make a player for the iPhone?
Antix Player ported to Linux
Antix have ported their game player platform over to Linux. In addition Firefox now as a plugin to use AGP games. It looks like Antix is really extending out to embrace multiple platforms simultaneously.

If the Antix engine were to be widely adopted, then it'd make sense to support it as a platform.
While a port of Antix to iPhone/iPod sounds technically feasible, I'd be surprised if Apple ever let it get on the appstore ..!
I think you're right, I doubt Apple will allow it, but I don't think it is that different to what GameSalad want to do.
If GameSalad can do it then why not Antix?
