4Tracks Lite has been updated with some new features in version 1.4:
- Export tracks to desktop
- Manage tracks in the library
There's still no further mention of the previously mentioned 'fully featured' product on the site, so perhaps this is no longer going to happen. I am still hoping for something like MeTeoR on the iPhone OS.

As great as MeTeoR is - it doesn't provide in-ear audio monitoring while recording a track.
Strange since 4pocket's Pocket Stompbox has monitoring. Probably something they're working on but till then all pda multitrack software are somewhat lacking.
You're quite right. The monitoring issue really needs to get fixed.
