Minor Mixtikl update

Only a little update, but important in that it is the 24th FREE update that Mixtikl has had since it came to iOS in March 2010. You have to admit, that's quite impressive right?

Anyway, here's the update:

• Added-back support for 44kHz audio output
• Online help links from the FX and Sound Generator units now working
• Other bug fixes
