Not just compliant - REQUIRES iOS 5 :( I have 5 apps that now require iOS 5, and no way to get them out of the Update queue that I know of, which means I have to download other app updates one-at-a-time (otherwise I get an error saying "this App Requires iOS 5 when I try to update ALL). PITA.
