NightRadio (developer of Sunvox) commented in yesterday that he's working on a version of PixiTracker for iOS, which is great news.
It does make me wonder though, whether PixiLang itself would be accepted into the iOS app store. Apple did relent with some of the lesser coding apps like HotPaw basic, and a couple of Lua interpreters, so why not PixiLang?

Because Apple does not allow outside APIs.
Because Apple can only be penetrated by itself.
of course NR can do what he wants, but seeing as sunvox has a vast superset of pixitracker functionality........
PixiTracker is not rival to SunVox :) It is very simplified DAW for fast sketches and for people who find SunVox too much complicated.
Here's a question could PixiLANG be ported to Android?
Of course. After SunVox porting. They has one engine.
@NR I get it, understand the motivation, but I'm speaking from the selfish perspective of someone who doesn't find sunvox too complicated :)
PS Pixilang 4 android would rule!
