I'm sure I've seen something like this before, or it could be the Nokia concept from a while back which is a bit more futuristic. However, this is a great idea. Of course I'd add a simple 1 or 1.5 octave keyboard, a controller not dissimilar to the nanoKontrol, and a drum pad module. I can't see Microsoft doing that themselves, but if other manufacturers were allowed to make modules then it is conceivable.
