Apple media event rumour
Interesting rumours of an Apple media event in early September. The dates seem to be around the 7th or 8th which is consistent with previous years. So if it is for real what might we expect? iPhone 5? iPad Pro? New iPods? Or something completely new?

My friends all think I'm an Apple whore, I try and tell them that even though I have 2 iPads, a MBP, and a 3GS, I am above all a fan of stability, functionality and paying £3 for a soft synth that rocks my world, and makes me laugh like a child, and that it happens like once a week!
My hope is for the iPhone 5, as I'm coming to the end of my contract.

I think I've owned every product that Apple has made since 1990. Aside from a dozen or so computers that I gave away when I upgraded, I still have all my iPods which is every one that Apple has made plus the iPhone 3G and the iPhone 3GS ... I passed on the iPhone 4 since I didn't want to pay another premium upgrade with AT&T and now my contract is waiting to be renewed .... sooooooo .... I've been following the rumors and I'm preparing to get the iPhone 5 in mid Sept.
I have the iPad 1 and just couldn't justify the iPad 2 but I'm also kinda hoping that they don't release the iPad 3 along with the iPhone 5 or I'll be forced to go out and "get a real job" :)
I have to hand it to Apple for not releasing a single peep about the new phone...whatever it might be called. I got my 3GS in September 2009, ergo I am SOOOO ready to get the new one.

What rumour? Even Engadget and Gizmodo are not talking about "that" rumours, and you know how much Apple whores they are.
Still, blogging about rumours is lame.
I've read in an "apple-magazine" somewhere in januari that an extra event was planned for september releasing a third ipad shortly after the 2nd.
