I was looking around the Amidio site and forum which seem pretty abandoned at the moment. It is such a shame as they seemed to have some really good ideas on the go again. In fact, if you look at the stuff they were working on it was really impressive, or at least it could have been.
- FutuDrum
- Noise.io XT
- Noise.io Evolution
- MINT.io
- CREAM.io
- Touch DJ Evolution
- KEASIS
- WaveReign
Their exiting apps are all stiff on sale though
- Touch DJ 2 $19,99 $9,99
- Seline for iPhone $5,99 $1,99
- Noise.io Pro $14,99 $4,99
- JR Hexatone Pro $9,99 $1,99
- iHolophone $6,99 $0,99
- Star Piano $4,99 FREE
I've tried getting in touch with them a few times in the last few weeks with no response, so all I can imagine is that they're gone, but if anyone knows otherwise, or indeed if anyone from Amidio is reading this, please let us know what's happening.

I understand if devs have a distaste for the PR side of things (it's not what they got into the biz for), but I feel that in their case hiring a PR person to respond to emails and check the boards probably could have gone a long way towards their bottom line.
I hate to say it, but amidio won't be missed. And I won't lose much sleep worrying where he/they will end up, and not in any malicious way, what'shisface is a talented dev who'll undoubtedly land on his feet fronting some other enterprise... In fairness, I can't speak out about much, Touch DJ and noise.io were well ahead of the curve way back when, and were worth the investment. What's most sad is the manner in which amidio allowed themselves to alienate all those faithful customers by shipping broken updates while launching new apps and by failing to adapt to constructive criticism aimed their way through their forums.
There last app release was March 2,2011. I'd give them a litlle more time before nailing the coffin shut.
their last release maybe,
their apps didnt work on my device because they needed an update to remove a bug,
that has been about a year and a half ago that was promised.
after such time its starting to stink
so nail it shut
spread themselves too thin I think.. I'd certainly welcome them back, no hard feelings here.. I miss touch DJ, and it makes me sad more than mad. Cue play DJ is great but one set of bugs replaces another..(small imperfections) and djay is lacking.. (and goes off sync frequently when using the EQ or other multitouch situations) anyone remember what a specimen of simplistic beauty touchdj 1.0 was?
amidio, if you're listening, sell your app portfolio to Sonoma or JR or something. These apps only need tweaks to go right back up to the top again. Pass the torch on these, then start fresh.
SubDude is right, to me at least. I think it's a shame that they've disappeared. Seline HD is still one of my favourite apps to play. I think it's right up there with MorphWiz and SynthX as an intuitive, but slightly quirky synth that takes full advantage of a 10" touch screen.
If they really have pulled the plug, then I hope Amidio do have the sense to sell these apps to someone who will keep them going. If I had any coding/business know how I would offer to buy them myself.
