seems to cover the same ground that harmonicdog multitrack and meteor both do well, don't see anything from the pics that will set it apart... but i'll wait and see.

The interface may look similar, but I bet, unlike Meteor that FiRe actually works well on an iPad 1 or an iPhone 3G/S

I use Meteor all the time on my iPad1 without once crashing or having any problems.

Have just bought Fire 2 and have found no way to reproduce the multilayered sound file image as shown on this here post.

@ Anon; I don't know what I'm doing wrong then :(

@Tom TM; It does take a lot of resources. I make sure I always close out all other apps through the taskbar before running it and I always have at least 4Gb left on the device. Hope that gives you some ideas.
