Thanks for the post. Yeah, more specifically, I used ArtRage Moble for iPad, w/a Boxwave stylus. A stylus is a must for art apps on iPad, folks.
After you get through the t-shirt designs, the rest is not iPad, but a lot of what's there are drawings that I photographed w/ 3GS and manipulated w/ Photogene and Adobe Photoshop Mobile (all on iPhone).
