Looks like the full version is an In-App Purchase.

The free version is not getting very good ratings which makes me wonder about in app purchases of full versions ....... when something is being rated, how do you know if it's for the free version or the full version when there are no comments left?
Hey, This is my application. Would like to clarify the mixed reviews. I got a bunch of great reviews from people who are interested in vector graphics, mainly people who use Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. I also got a ton of bad reviews from people who have nothing to do with this activity domain. In the end the choice is yours, and I hope the free version will help you decide. It has most of the full version's features.
