I was playing with the latest version of Technobox earlier. The new FX have made it a really great app. I was really impressed by the high quality of the sound.
I didn't think that technobox was going to get another update, but I'm really glad it has.

While update is welcome, I have found the new version rather dissapointing. The phaser is really basic, and up until the 12oclock position, nothing really happens. The controls for routing what sound though what fx makes little sense too, as for the pan feature? Why not have separate controls for each sound? What about even being able to tweak drum sounds? Sorry, but I think this is a case of too little a bit too late. :(
bleep!box is a far better b-box IMO.
I agree that Bleep!Box is a better synth / seq, and I prefer it myself, but I'm always pleased to know that a developer hasn't abandoned a project after launch.
