Anyone able to download the PDF? All I get is a blank page.

I tried again this morning and got the PDF to download. Now if I could just figure out how to install my own samples on my iPod Touch.
You need to use the "Copy Files" item under the App menu.

We're reworking the menu system at the moment to help make things like this easier to discover through the UI; that rework will be in the next release.
