I've struggled to make anything finished with it though. It's seemed to me to be very easy to start off in but I haven't completed anything in Tabletop as yet. I think that might just be me though.
I'm sure we will see Tabletop move even further next year and continue to innovate.

I know what you mean by easy to start, hard to finish.
It took me a while to make a complete my tune "Caribbean Longing" in Tabletop.
Now I have another tune there that I'm trying to finish. My thinking is that I get stuck in the main idea of the project and then struggle to develop from there.
i think the lack of controller support (for now) and the incapability of midi editing/exporting (remember piano roll?) makes the tabletop a cool toy rather than something really really serious...maybe it's just me, my playing skills suck big time
Thats also the issue I've run into with Tabletop. I really like the app. I like the retronyms envisions their apps. I just haven't had a lot of luck with their loop sequencer. I just figure its me and not spending enough time with it.
