Hope for old Palm OS apps?

I still love some of my old Palm OS apps (a lot of them if the truth be known), so I was interested to see this development from StyleTap.

StyleTap make Palm OS emulators for Windows Mobile and Symbian and also one for the iPhone that requires a jailbreak. Now they've released a 'wrapper' project that allows Palm OS developers to move their old Palm OS apps over to iOS.

I've no idea how it works, but I'd be very interested to hear from any old Palm OS developers who might consider it.

I tryed the Styletap demo on my Touch 2G and it was even better than I thought. But I don't want to jailbreak my 4G until my warranty is over.

I think its pretty stupid of Apple to now allow this kind of apps in their store, if we would be allowed to install apps directly from the internet it wouldn't be a problem.. but nope, can't do that either.
