I was hoping to use the IAPs purchased on one iPad, on both my iPads, unfortunately you can't and I'm not spending another £10. I am very dissapointed with the performance on iPad 1, which is why I thought of sharing the load over both. Should have bought Fruity instead.

in-app purchases should be tied to your account. even though it may say you need to buy them on the other iPad, it's unlikely you will be charged twice. it's similar to how it says "buy" in the store if you delete the app, and then go to redownload it.

re: iPad 1, we are currently testing a new update to help performance. I can't promise when it will show up, so take this with a grain of salt, but it should be within a week or two.

Thanks Keith,
So if I click 'buy' I should not be charged? If so, I will be a very happy chappy. Looking forward to the performance update, whenever it arrives.

In-app purchases are still done through the app store, so it will recognize your in-app purchase through your account name.

Here is some info about IAP types: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4009

Our IAPs are classified as "Non-consumable" which might be a new way of classifying "Non-replenishable" and Apple hasn't updated this support doc.

In any case, you shouldn't worry about being charged twice. If you do, we'll send you a gift card or something. :)

Thank you Keith, for the link explaining IAPs - I finally understand. Thank you also for all your help and offer as well. You have a new friend; I'll be coming round for dinner next week 8). Thanks again.
