2.2 update is crap so far. Not just in function but in that it wouldn't actually load until the 9th try after also deleting and reinstalling the app. Once it did load it was acting weird. Please fix
First MIDI controller I ever had that I need to turn the volume down on. It is also nice and easy to change keys when you don't wish to. You might as well change D on your keyboard to play F. It's just as silly.
Instead of fixing we get skins and more sounds to silence for 99 cents each.
It seems that what once had potential has lost it. I find myself increasingly frustrated with the app and go back to the keyboard.
would you please either use the built in feature in SoundPrism (and SoundPrism Pro) or our helpdesk site (which is linked in our manual and in the app store at http://audanika.zendesk.com/ to report bugs. That way you can be sure your bug reports reach us.
Also, please be more specific. It's not possible to fix bugs that are described as "it's acting weird". Adding your iOS version and device class (iPhone 4, iPad 2 etc.) vastly helps.
Best,

What exactly is it that you want us to fix? I'm not followin at all.

There used to be a thing called "bug reporting". These days users prefers complaining and whining on blogs instead of contacting the author directly.

Great idea, not so great implementation.

Maybe,... but do you know of anything else that does what Soundprism do?
@2anony........
Whatever dude, I know they're on palm sounds like I am. Thanks for the self righteousness though, much appreciated.

Ugh... signed that post twice. Oh well. Doing tech support via the comments of a blog isn't really easy.
One could even get the idea that blog comments aren't the right place to do stuff like this, but that would be silly, wouldn't it?
