Playing with the Oramics app

I know that this app isn't for everyone, but having been to the exhibition at the Science Museum I was playing with this app and in some ways it sort of made more sense (I'm trying not to say that it came alive as that really sounds too pretentious).

Daphne Oram's ideas and work were truly innovative and inspired, and made me wonder who we will look back on as the musical innovators of our time?

Anyway, if you're into noise maker type apps and you're interested in Oram's work then I can suggest you take a look at the Oramics app.

I expected the app to be free because I thought it's made by subsidized institutions, a museum and a university? A free app could be funded as research/PR/education. Although I've read about the insane cuts so maybe there is not enough money.

tbh I don't have a lot of money myself at the moment so every penny counts psychologically. I would have bought it instantly if it were 2 USD max. I guess I will wait for a price drop or better financial times :)

The app looks great so it's definitely on my wishlist!
