That's the right idea, there's no question. What I really long for, though, is a stereo line input. I have this now for the iPad, using the camera connection kit and a Behringer DAC like this one here: http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=59002. When iOS 5 comes out, I'll be able to use this setup with my iPod too. But something small, like this, would be even better.
